Warning: The Michigan anti-smoking law effective May 2010 apparently bans smoking paraphenalia.  Some establishments have interpreted this to mean matchbooks/matchboxes with the name of the place are not allowed while other places provide them if asked.  The State of Michigan has responded to our inquiry that matchbooks and matchboxes with the name of the establishment are allowed.
